Professional Security Systems Integrator

What equipment should be used?

Decisions Image

With all the different products and technologies on the market, it can be overwhelming for one to take this on themselves, especially without the technical expertise of being in the industry. We can explain which products are better performers than others in different scenarios and can schedule a demonstration to show you equipment operation before you decide which system is best for your situation.

System Integration

Integration between separate components of your security system can greatly enhance its ease of use and functionality. Integration between systems can be configured to allow automated events such as PTZ cameras automatically moving and zooming in on doors as they are being used.

Other examples of system integration would be having your access control system unlock certain doors during a fire alarm, or locking certain doors and turning on sirens with the push of a panic button.

We have designed and built custom integration solutions for allowing all types of equipment to work together to satisfy the specific needs of our customers.

Access Control

Access control systems are an integral part of any security plan and give facility managers a convenient platform to manage their buildings restricted areas and perimeter doors. With an access control system you can restrict who can go where and when they are allowed access, set doors to unlock and lock automatically, and when paired with turnstiles even prevent card holders from allowing others to enter with them. Every use is tracked and logged by the system which allows authorized system users to generate customized reports as needed to audit the use of each card or area accessed and even denied access attempts.

Traditional keys can be copied easily and given to unauthorized people or kept by terminated employees reducing your security, constantly re-keying your door locks can be costly.

Photo ID Badge Systems

Having your employees and visitors wear identification badges while on site greatly increases your facilities security. Color coded templates can be used to easily identify card holders with different access levels allowing all staff to assist in keeping sensitive areas secure.

We offer color card printers and photo capture hardware that can integrate directly with your access control system. This allows your access control database to store card holder photos and a simple interface to print directly onto access control cards or ID cards.

Security staff monitoring CCTV video feeds and access control transaction photos in real-time can compare and verify cardholders are using the cards they were issued.

CCTV Surveillance

CCTV provides remote electronic video surveillance of prime target areas throughout your premises. As a powerful tool for the asset protection staff or security guards, often reducing their numbers, CCTV systems provide greater security coverage. CCTV systems have a powerful deterrence capability and provide extensive data of recorded images for post event analysis. Recorded video, audio, and still images can be saved and used as evidence.

Surveillance cameras can also be used to monitor industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment, or setup to record items being boxed for shipping verification purposes.

We install and service analog, digital, and IP based CCTV systems and supporting infrastructure.

Video Analytics

Video content analytics is the capability of extracting meaningful and relevant information from digital video. VCA is able to detect people, objects, and their surroundings and continuously analyze them, their movement, and any suspicious behavior. It allows you to reduce manpower and minimize the hassle that goes into 24/7 surveillance. Analytic filters are intelligently tailored to meet your specific security or business needs.

With the implementation of VCA software, video streams from specialized license plate cameras can be scanned and logged as searchable text for reporting and future analysis, vehicle or pedestrian traffic monitoring camera feeds can be used to identify objects moving in the wrong direction, and high resolution and thermal imaging cameras can be used for perimeter security.

Intrusion Detection

One of the best ways to improve the safety and security of your site is to prevent unknown or unauthorized people from gaining access. Intrusion detection systems can monitor your facility and surrounding property for the presence of unauthorized entry using a wide range of technologies.

When an intrusion detection system has detected a breach, it can immediately alert on-site security staff or connect and report to a monitoring center where a predetermined plan will be executed such as notifying local police.

Systems can be partitioned to only monitor specific areas while allowing access to other areas of the building or property.

Emergency Phones

Strategically placed emergency phones are an excellent safety measure for parking areas, stairwells, pool areas, exercise rooms, remote buildings, or anywhere high pedestrian traffic is customary.

One touch, fully automated operation provides ease-of-use and direct contact to 911 or your facilities security control room.

With an emergency phone nearby, staff and visitors are always able to call for help in case of an emergency without relying on cell phones and cell phone signal coverage.

Intercom / Video Phones

Intercoms and video phones can increase security by allowing identification of and communication with visitors before permitting entry to areas in and around your facility. Intercoms can be installed next to doors and on pedestals near gates for vehicle access. Intercom and video phone systems can be integrated with door locks and gate operators to allow passage.

Directory style intercom systems are also available and provide a great solution to improve security when used in gated communities, apartment buildings, and multi-tenant office buildings. Visitors can search a database of names and the intercom utilizes a telephone interface to connect to any phone number programmed into the system.

Audio / Video

We offer a wide range of audio and video solutions that will meet your requirements such as:

* Audio solutions ranging from professional audio systems for use in training centers to entire building paging and background music systems.

* Video solutions ranging from lobby display signage to entire building video distribution systems.

* Conference room video conferencing and computer display systems using projectors or TVs.

Desk inserts can be installed with audio, video, network, and telephone terminals for easy connections to laptops and tablet devices and wires can be installed underground or in the ceiling of the floor below for elimination of trip hazards.

Sound Masking / Speech Privacy

Sound masking systems can help protect speech privacy and increase confidentiality in sensitive areas around your facility. When installed around boardrooms, offices, and conference areas they can help prevent eves-dropping.

The sound masking system introduces a low volume noise similar to airflow into the environment making it more difficult for someone not in the room to process and understand what words are being spoken.

Sound masking can be used in open office areas to eliminate distractions in noisy environments, studies show increased worker productivity and concentration when systems are used.

Structured Wiring

We design and install data and voice cabling infrastructure using industry standards to maximize the life span and efficiency of your system. Let us help you design a system to fulfill your current requirements while ensuring future expansion is carefully considered.

Termination of wiring that is performed by us is always done professionally with clean routing of cables using velcro and includes computer-printed labeling on wiring, faceplates, and termination equipment.

We also install cable support systems, equipment racks, hardware, and environmental monitoring systems designed to alert your IT staff to changes in room temperature or humidity.

Vehicle GPS Tracking

By incorporating GPS technology with satellite communications and management software, it is possible for our GPS vehicle tracking devices to provide information for all fleet management, monitoring, and tracking requirements.

The fleet management software makes it possible to create reports, set alerts, and observe the fleet on an extensive basis.

Key features of the mapping software include click-to-locate, over-speed alerts, live tracking, up to 90 day trip reporting, report exporting, Geo-fence boundary violation alerts, and more.
