How can we help you?

Security Equipment Image

Whether your a business looking for a security partner to provide a turn-key solution to secure a new facility, add some cutting edge technology or service and perform routine preventative maintenance on existing security infrastructure, or an electrical/telecommunications company who is looking to contract experts to assist with unfamiliar equipment or provide help finishing a project on schedule.

Salin Technologies is the partner and resource for you!

System Design / Engineering / Consulting

Your security infrastructure is a big investment and you want to be sure your system delivers the results you need. We can evaluate the effectiveness of your current system and design a solution built around your security concerns, facility layout, and daily operations. Let us work with you to define your security goals and provide a cost-effective customized security solution.

We can integrate new technologies with existing infrastructure, or design a brand new system for you. We can explain which products are better performers than others in different scenarios and can schedule a demonstration for you to show you equipment operation before you decide which system is best for your situation.

* Design systems before they go out to bid so your quotes are based on the same equipment.

* Analyze systems already installed to make sure everything is installed correctly. Electronic door locks can actually decrease security if not installed properly; unfortunately we see it all the time.

New System Installation & Additions

We provide turn-key installation services from wire installation to programming and training. Certified manufacturer training and years of experience enable us to handle projects of all sizes. We are confident that you will be very satisfied with the quality of our work and our attention to detail. Our installations always conform to local and national electrical codes, as well as BISCI standards for network and telecommunications infrastructure wiring.

Service and Repair

We have the experience to service all of your existing equipment even if if was installed by another company. Our service technicians have years of experience and the right tools needed for troubleshooting equipment problems accurately and quickly. We provide you with a detailed work order on the problem and will inform you on steps you can take to prevent further failure.

Maintenance Contracts

We offer maintenance contracts for your equipment as well. This can help extend the life of installed systems by ensuring preventative maintenance is done properly and at regular intervals. Testing any system regularly is crucial to finding problems before system failure goes unnoticed. We also sell supplies such as access cards, card printer ink, batteries, and other consumables.

Contracting Services

We currently provide installation and service contracting for many local and national-based security and telecommunication companies. This service is provided at an affordable labor rate and is used for some of the following reasons:

* Companies that have more work than they can handle and need help to meet deadlines.

* Companies that need help with systems integration or equipment they are unfamiliar with.

* Companies that are located outside of Michigan and have projects in our area.

* Companies that do not install equipment but only provide programming & support.

Thermal Imaging

How long has it been since your electrical system has been checked? When an electrical system begins to have problems, it gives off heat as a byproduct of electrical resistance. Infrared cameras record and visually display this emitted heat to show the exact location of the electrical defect.

Routine thermal inspections will reduce costly equipment replacement and decrease lost production hours that result during unexpected downtime. Our equipment gives us the ability to see, measure, and record temperatures on defective components.

Thermal imaging inspections should also be performed after new electrical installations to ensure that all wires are properly terminated to the terminals on your equipment. This can greatly enhance the performance and life expectancy of your new equipment.
