Communication
Whether it's scheduling installation dates and times, keeping you up-to-date on project status, or asking the right questions during a consultation, good communication is an important and crucial part of our business process.
Your project manager will be available to answer any questions and can provide a clear roadmap of your project timeline, budget, resource, or any technical documentation you may require.
We will also ensure all important information is disseminated to the right people, address problems head-on, and ensure you are satisfied through consistent feedback.
Documentation
Advanced software is utilized to obtain accurate estimates, precise project layout, up-to-date project progress tracking, and detailed engineered drawings.
Clear and detailed estimates are provided with proposed equipment cut sheets and specifications.
All new systems include a labeled system binder complete with any needed As-Built diagrams, wiring schematics, equipment software and manuals, and equipment cut sheets for future service reference.
Computer-printed reference sheets for equipment serial numbers, passwords, special settings, and equipment details are also included with the binder when applicable.
Flexibility
Regular installations are available during regular business hours or nights and weekends to minimize interruptions to your daily operations.
Covert installations are available on nights or weekends with unmarked vehicles and technicians for more discreet projects.
We utilize multiple suppliers when purchasing equipment giving us access to most products within a few days.
Quality
Our technicians take great pride in their work whether it's simply running wires in the ceiling or taking on complex head end terminations.
Great care is taken to ensure every system is installed to local and national building and electrical codes, as well as manufacturer specifications and industry best practice methods.
Future service is kept in mind during the installation process. All wires are clearly labeled and neatly dressed in panels or in the ceiling.
System expansion is taken into consideration during the design process, this can affect panel layout or conduit sizes.
Safety
Safety is our top priority during every aspect of our visit to your site.
Every technician receives proper training on safety procedures and certification cards are carried for any machinery operated such as aerial platform lifts.
Every technician carries a safety handbook, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher in their truck along with any required personal protection equipment needed (i.e. pants, boots, safety glasses, face masks, gloves, hard hats, arc flash protection, and fall protection harnesses).
